A deposit of £100 (+£5 booking fee) is required to secure dates at the time of booking, once the deposit has been received, a confirmation of booking will be sent with all details regarding check-in and check-out times, plot number, how the key safe and barriers work & payments due date.

A deposit is taken to not only secure your booking but also in case of any damages cancellations or rule-breaking.

Please note if any of the above occurs deposit will not be refunded. We do have an information booklet in our caravans regarding what we do expect whilst you are on your holiday and when you leave.

We do accept payment plans to your own affordability all we ask is that the full payment is paid 10 days before the check-in date.

If your holiday is cancelled within 4 weeks of your check-in date you will, unfortunately, lose your full deposit but have the option to rearrange to another date, if your holiday is cancelled in the 10 days before your check-in date unfortunately your deposit and any money that is paid towards the holiday will not be refunded.
